Reservation & Cancellation

For nightly rate (less than 30 nights booking), a reservation can be guaranteed with a credit card. Reservations can be cancelled 14 days in advance at no charge. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance will be charged a fee equivalent to 2-nights (30 days during certain holidays periods). Please check the confirmation for exact terms.

Deposit / Prepayment

Deposit is required for all bookings and can be sent in the form of a bank draft in Thai Baht to

For monthly and yearly rate contracts, a 2-month deposit plus 1-month advance payment is required to be settled prior to arrival at least 14 days. The deposit shall be refunded when the contract is finished or upon the notification of departure and an inspection confirms no damage to the apartment, furnishings or contents.

All payment should be settled by the first of each month together with telephone, laundry, dry cleaning and other miscellaneous bills.
